That's logical enough because it is the time when one day ends and another begins on many time keeping devices and systems. However, we are not talking about conventional or linear time. The Amazing Story Of The WESTCHESTER WING UFO Sightings by Bill Knell Beginning in 1982 thousands of witnesses observed a silent, wing shaped UFO flying at low altitudes across the downstate area of the Hudson Valley which stretches from Albany down to Yonkers in New York State. In 1492, explorer Christopher Columbus reported seeing a glowing light in the water from the deck of his flag ship, the Santa Maria.
